In a Fairer Westminster, we want to make sure the housing needs of everyone, from residents and families to social care users are met. We strive to ensure homes are well-managed and aspire to provide a high-quality repairs service. As our new Divisional Head of Repairs and Planned Maintenance, you will have a proven track record in driving up performance to improve services for residents, with a truly customer focused approach. You will provide quality assurance, grip and rigor as well as ambition. We want our repairs service to be the best and you will ensure we use every possible opportunity to create positive experiences for our residents.
