Lewisham’s population is growing. People are living longer, many with a number of long-term health conditions, and the demand for care is increasing. Working within the context of the South East London Integrated Care System, this critical and stimulating role will work across the Lewisham Health and Care Partnership (LHCP) to achieve a sustainable and accessible health and care system and better outcomes for residents.
THE ROLE
As Director, you will join the council’s community services leadership team but jointly report to the Executive Director, Communities and Executive Director, Lewisham Place at the ICS. The scope of this role to influence decision making at a local and sub-regional level and enable new ways of working is a huge opportunity. We are seeking a motivated leader who thrives on thinking boldly and creatively and will embrace navigating the health and social care landscape to drive innovation and transformation.
