THE ROLE
Following the promotion of Mark Wynn to Chief Executive, Lancashire are seeking a new Executive Director of Resources. This is a critical role in our executive leadership team, working very closely with Members to support the smooth running of the organisation and acting as the driving force for our entire corporate centre including Finance, Digital & IT, Law & Governance, Strategy & Innovation and People Services.

We are looking for someone exceptional, someone who brings significant experience of corporate leadership across many of these service areas and someone who is comfortable driving change and innovation and can support the council through its exciting reorganisation journey.
