THE ROLE
You Will:
- Support the CEO and Executive Directors to deliver a set of measures and performance indicators, by which they can appraise performance against the plan.
- Adapt their performance appraisal process in line with their new objectives.
- Develop the IT tools and dataset required for programme delivery.
- Develop the reports and engagement opportunities to provide assurance to the Board on management actions in place and planned to deliver the Plan.
You Will Have:
- Deep understanding of strategy development and implementation
- Experience of working with senior leadership teams to deliver strategic plans
- A strong track record of transformation delivery
- An understanding of non-profit and membership organisations, their internal culture and key challenges
This is a consultancy piece, delivered 3 days/week, reporting into the CEO.
