Interim Transformation Programme Lead

Starfish Search are working with a leading women’s social-care organisation to secure them an Interim Transformation Programme Lead. The organisation has grown exponentially in the last 4 years, resulting in a requirement to introduce more systematic ways of working, and the board has recently agreed to a new strategy to 2026. They are looking for someone to specifically support them on cross-organisational transformation projects.
THE ROLE
You Will:
- Secure the functionality of the overall business, by supporting and delivering cross-functional deliverables, ensuring the future operational sustainability of the charity
- Support the current and new CEOs through a period of transformation
- Design and deliver relevant internal processes to streamline efficiency and reporting, both internally and externally
- Deliver business objectives, improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation and teams, within agreed and approved budgets and timescales
- Ensure a highly inclusive culture that enables team members can thrive, centred on their values
You Will Have:
- Proven experience in executive leadership roles, with in depth understanding of HR, Finance and Operations business functions
- Proven Experience in programme and project management, with demonstrable competency in transformation and business change
- Strategic yet task focussed approach, working at both operational and strategic levels as required
- Excellent interpersonal and presentational skills
This a hybrid role with an expected time commitment of 35 hours per week, and a required 3 days in office, based in London. It is running for a period of 9 – 12 months, with a proposed salary of £75,000 – £85,000.
