Interim Strategic Transformation Programme Director

Starfish Search are working with a large adult social care charity to recruit an Interim Strategic Transformation Programme Director. This role will lead on designing and delivering cross-organisational, strategic transformation programmes that enable achievement of the charity’s long term strategy.
THE ROLE
You Will
- Design and deliver programmes including definition, blueprints, options appraisal, costed business cases, plans and benefits realisation
- Create momentum to directly, and positively, impact the organisational culture and reputation.
- Provide proactive identification, engagement and management of key stakeholders inside and outside the charity, to build trust and establish positive relationships
- Take responsibility for programme governance, including managing risks and issues, tracking progress and reporting to Programme Board, Committees and Council.
You Will Have
- Experience of developing and implementing high value, strategic transformation programmes and projects from business case through to benefits realisation in a complex, multi-site environment
- Budget Management experience
- Experience of influencing and of effective stakeholder engagement
- Experience of working with a formal programme management governance and assurance framework, chairing programme boards and steering groups and ensuring appropriate documentation
This is a fully hybrid role requiring travel around the UK on occasion
