Interim Service Manager Infrastructure, Information and Transformation

Starfish Search are working with a local authority in London to recruit an Interim Service Manager Infrastructure, Information and Transformation, within the Children, Schools and Families department. The focus of this role is to lead the transformation and development of services to deliver cost effective and impactful universal and early help services to families with a range of needs.

THE ROLE

You Will:

  • Provide effective leadership, development and management of key aspects of the Family Hub transformation development programme
  • Work with a range of stakeholders, to provide a robust infrastructure that supports children, young people, families, vulnerable adults and whole communities
  • Be the strategic lead for development and system wide transformation
  • Implement the data strategy, information/branding strategy and performance management framework

 

You Will Have:

  • In-depth and specialist knowledge of applicable legislation and policy relating to Children and Family services
  • Extensive experience at management level of successfully developing and delivering projects that are transformational across systems wide programmes
  • Excellent understanding of the importance of access to public information through various channels and the role of effective communication in improved family outcomes
  • High level skills and ability to produce performance and outcome reports, assimilating and analysing information quickly, identifying issues, priorities and solutions and using sophisticated and effective tools, programmes and techniques, to resolve issues and present findings

 

This is a hybrid role running for an initial period of 4 months.
