THE ROLE
You Will:
- Drive a strategic approach to marketing and communications that increases awareness and familiarity of the charity and their aims
- Oversee a supporter engagement strategy to grow their active supporter base, creating loyalty and value
- Use data and insight to understand key audiences and deliver solutions
- Identify new marketing opportunities and innovations within and outside the sector
- In collaboration with the Fundraising Director ensure that the marketing function supports income generation and growth
You Will Have:
- Expert knowledge of marketing functions, best practice and key trends, from across the charity sector and beyond
- Experience leading multiple complex projects across large multidisciplinary teams
- A track record of building and managing partnerships
- The ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders including the Chief Executive and Trustees
This role reports into the chief executive, with three direct reports within a team of fifteen. It is running for a period of 6-9 months, with a salary of circa £80,000.
