Interim Inspection Readiness manager

Starfish Search are working with a local authority in London to recruit an Interim Inspection Readiness Manager. The focus of this role will be preparing for inspection by the Regulator of Social Housing. In this role you will confidently provide sensitive and supportive challenge to ensure the Council achieves high levels of satisfaction with their residents.
THE ROLE
You Will:
- Work collaboratively and compassionately with Officers and Leaders across Housing and other corporate and third-party services
- Lead on the implementation of key strategies, policies, procedures and processes that demonstrate compliance with statutory obligations
- Develop and prepare routine reporting on progress against preparation for regulation activity including against the Tenant Satisfaction Measures
- Develop and maintain an action plan which sets out how the organisation will achieve compliance with all aspects of the consumer standards, to create an increasingly mature approach for resident engagement, consultation and participation
You Will Have:
- A strong working knowledge and understanding of the draft consumer standards and the required outcomes
- Strong business intelligence and reporting skills
- Experience within local Government; specifically in housing
- A track record of working collaboratively across services
This role is running initially for a period of 6 months, with a day rate of £600 inside IR35.
