The Role
Our client, a London housing organisation, are seeking an interim Head of HR for a period of 6 months.
You will;
- Provide HR advice to directors, seniors and middle managers
- Supervise the disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, performance management and TUPE processes
- Supervise the recruitment, selection and interviewing processes
- Advise on the Company’s HR policies and procedures
- Take a lead on training and development
- Review the Company’s remuneration provision, HR procedures and recruitment processes
You will be;
- An experienced head of HR, with housing experience preferable
- CIPD Qualified
- A good communicator, both written and verbal
- Knowledgeable of key processes such as disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, performance management, TUPE and employee contracts
