THE ROLE

We are working with a charity that are going through significant change and they need a strong Head of HR to support the business as it makes some changes to its operational delivery model.

Within this role there will be L+D, Payroll and responsibility for the Business Partners. This role will cover HR operations and the change work will be led by the HR Director.
