THE ROLE
You Will:
- Work with Directors to ensure consistent messaging, high quality storytelling and a metric and data led approach, so decisions can be made in a well-informed way
- Develop and execute a strategic plan around newsletters, marketing materials, social media and digital communications, and other communications outputs globally
- Execute their digital and social strategy, using metrics and data to understand and improve reach and engagement
- Lead on all print communications and collateral, developing where necessary
- Maintain and develop relationships with new and traditional media
You Will Have:
- A proven track record of executing an integrated communications and marketing strategy in a complex organisation
- Experience of building and managing strategic stakeholder relationships in order to build reputation and influence in both a national and global context
- A track record of developing and delivering impactful communications and digital strategies
- An understanding of the non-profit sector and how it differs from other sectors
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate collaboration, coaching and development of a team
It is running for a period of 8 – 9 months and offers a salary of c.£70,000.
The role is hybrid with two days in London.
