THE ROLE
You Will:
- Develop a comprehensive strategy that aligns to the charity’s vision and purpose
- Research and analyse the competitive and collaborative landscape, identifying opportunities, threats and trends
- Lead all aspects of the strategic planning process, including strategic goals and a roadmap for implementation
- Develop impact measurement and performance metrics against the strategic goals
- Work collaboratively with Trustees, internal directorates and external stakeholders to ensure their views and inputs are built into the strategy
- Set up a small unit that will own the delivery of the strategic development activity
You Will Have:
- Experience of working within large organisations at Director level, ideally within the charity sector
- Experience of working with Trustee Boards
- A proven track record of developing and executing a commercially viable strategy
- Expertise in customer, brand excellence and/or data science, research and analytics
This role is running for a period of 18 months, offering a salary of £90,000 – £110,000. It is a full-time, hybrid role requiring 8 days/month in office, flexible working options will be considered.
