We are currently recruiting an Interim Finance and Resources Director for a £2m turnover Health Charity that has national reach. This role will be for 8 months whilst the organisation considers its operating model. The organisation would like to appoint the role on a 4 days/week basis and this role can be delivered flexibly.
The Role
Overall purpose of the role:
- Responsible for leading and managing a high-quality finance and business support service to the Charity.
- Responsible for leading and delivering excellent budgeting, financial reporting, management and systems – to support excellent management and governance of the Charity.
- Responsible for leading a robust business support function including IT, HR, legal and property.
We are looking for a candidate who is strategic and who can lead change but also someone who can get close to the detail and provide clear operational guidance.
