THE ROLE
You Will:
- Develop the financial strategy
- Take the lead on governance
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the company’s financial statements and full compliance with all laws and regulations
- Be responsible for all finance and purchasing functions across the business
- Ensure statutory and legal financial compliance across all operations
- Lead on the development of continuous improvement through the appropriate investment in the development of financial systems, services, analytics and automation
You Will Have:
- Experience of significant financial leadership in diverse organisations including charities
- Experience of Board level working in a charity environment
- Exceptional judgement and decision-making skills particularly in the areas of financial management and risk
- A Broad understanding of all business disciplines, including HR, IT, compliance, best practice, Membership, Standards, Research and Communications
This role can be home based/ hybrid. The role is running for a minimum of three months, covering a period of sick leave beginning in June. It is offered at a salary of £110, 000 pro rata.
