THE ROLE
You Will:
- Lead consultation, development and execution of the organisation’s People Strategy, focused on attracting, retaining, and developing our staff talent.
- Act as organisational expert on people management issues, acting as trusted advisor to the Executive, to senior managers and to the Board as required
- Oversee the development of the staff learning offering, via the online system and other relevant interventions
- Oversee the redesign of the appraisal process to incorporate pay related mechanisms
- Continue a process of policy refresh and rewrite, to ensure that they are legal, fit for purpose and responsive to the charity’s needs
You Will Have:
- Extensive leadership and management experience in People/Human Resources roles within the non-profit sector or a comparable organisation
- Up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of current employment legislation and demonstrable experience of having applied this during times of change
- Significant experience of creating and operationalising a people strategy in line with organisational strategy
This is a hybrid role based in central London for 2 days a week, running for a period of 3 – 6 months. It offers a salary of £70,000. The role requires candidates to be fully qualified CIPD or hold an equivalent qualification.
