The Role
Our client, a national charity supporting children and young people through bereavement are seeking an Interim Clinical Services Director to take responsibility for the service delivery and maintain quality at all times.
Main duties include:
- Devise clinical strategies and plans for effective service delivery and potential growth and development of services, within agreed budgets.
- Ensure that the day-to-day operations of the clinical services of the organisation are effectively and efficiently coordinated, implemented, and conducted within the framework agreed to by the CEO in line with safeguarding and CQC regulations.
- Oversee the coordination of the clinical staff (including volunteers) needed to support service delivery.
- To proactively problem solve and develop solutions for any issues that may arise
You will have substantial previous experience of leadership and team management and of managing qualified social care professionals, with ideally specific experience within mental health, and you will bring extensive experience within safeguarding.
