We’re looking for a strategy and change leader who is passionate about working with residents and local partners to deliver our Southwark 2030 ambitions for the borough. With responsibility for strategy, insight, service design and community participation, you will bring innovation in how we engage with residents.
Supporting all council services, you will shape the way we work with our communities and staff to drive transformation and strengthen partnerships across the borough – all with the aim of supporting the council to become people powered, close the gap and help our neighbourhoods thrive.
