The Role

We are now seeking an Executive Director of People and Change. This important new role on our executive leadership team, demonstrates our commitment to ensuring our people agenda remains at the heart of our work. We are constantly striving for improvements in the ways that we work and the support that we offer to all of our customers. This is an unparalleled opportunity within Advance to create a quality focused, collaborative culture; building employee engagement at all levels across the organisation and ensuring that all of those we serve receive the highest quality housing, care and support. 

You will be an experienced and strategic HR leader used to working in complex organisations. You will bring a strong track record of leading change at scale and developing and successfully delivering HR strategy and plans. We are looking to you to build a culture of excellence across Advance, growing and developing the capability and capacity across every aspect of our work. A values driven, collaborative and open leader, you will be experienced at engaging effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Working closely with our Chief Executive and the wider leadership team, you will lead across the whole organisation, modelling excellent leadership behaviours and working as an engaged colleague committed to our vision. 

Care sector experience is not essential for this challenging yet enormously rewarding role.
