Kieran joined Starfish Search in 2024 having previously spent over 7 years within the recruitment sector. Working in both in-house and in agency settings, Kieran has amassed a wealth of experience primarily specialising within the professional services sector looking after legal, financial, compliance and technology positions, having also branched out into the construction and foods/ingredients world with active vacancies across the UK and Ireland, USA, UAE and Continental Europe before joining Starfish.

Prior to recruitment, Kieran completed a legal apprenticeship obtaining a CILEX qualification and continued working as a Legal Claims Handler for two major retail businesses across the UK and Ireland for over 4 years.

Kieran’s experience over his career to date have given him a vast range of skills that allow him to ensure the best possible experience for candidates with excellent relationships as well as an attention to detail that reassures his clients and leaves a lasting impression.
