THE ROLE

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who will deliver our vision and priorities for first-class housing services in all areas from, customer service through to tailored neighbourhood management. Someone who will use their passion for delivering excellent housing services to bring to life our transformation ambitions, while ensuring that the council meets its statutory duties.

You will work closely with elected members, neighbourhood partners, and other critical council services, including Children’s and Adults, and will advocate for our residents to ensure that as a Council we are focused on tackling inequalities and meeting the needs of our diverse communities.

The ideal candidate will be able to work at pace and deliver as well as and bring experience of leading at scale across a large operational workforce.
