Northpoint Wellbeing plays a key role in supporting mental health and wellbeing in Leeds, Calderdale, and York and we have a strong track record of providing positive outcomes for our service users. As one of the largest charitable providers of therapeutic services in the region, our mission is to improve access to talking therapies and psychological support.
The Role
We’re looking for a progressive, commercially aware and strategic leader who can translate vision into operational plans for service delivery. You will be adept at engaging and influencing a wide range of stakeholders across the complex external landscape of NHS and Local Authority commissioning, and in turn be able to lead a dispersed dedicated and passionate workforce across our three localities. We need someone with excellent organisational leadership skills who will ensure our internal systems and processes are robust and future proofed.
You must be a resilient leader who is empathetic and sensitive to the challenges of delivering mental health support to our communities. Bringing an imaginative approach to your leadership, you will possess a collaborative and inclusive approach and show that you are passionate about making the organisation stronger and more wide-reaching in its work.
