Interim Service Improvement Lead

Starfish Search are working with a social care charity to recruit an Interim Transformation and Service Improvement Consultant. The organisation is on a growth journey and in parallel they are looking at refining and developing how they work for maximum impact for their service users. They want to develop a partnership model where true collaboration and innovation is at the heart of their service ethos.


You Will:

  • Map the current services, support offer and pathways
  • Complete a ‘Health check’ of current service capacity and delivery based on the current operating model.
  • Assess the resilience and readiness for change to support future service requirements
  • Support Grant Review Implementation
  • Review opportunities for integration of partnerships, and how they can embed partnership agreements into their operating model


You Will Have:

  • Experience of leading the transformation of services within a non-profit organisation
  • Experience of developing partnership projects


This is a hybrid role with an expected time commitment of 4-days per week for a period of 9-months beginning in late July. The organisation is based in the East Midlands and will require occasional visits to their main office, they also have offices in London and are primarily home based.
