The Role

We are seeking an Interim Chief Executive to work within a small health membership organisation for a period of six months.

Role responsibilities…

Lead the delivery of the core support operation and annual business plans
Lead, manage and mentor staff
Manage levy income, effective budgeting, and financial controls
Ensure effective support to the Board and Chair
Promote communication across the organisation and with key stakeholders
Lead team meetings and set organisational priorities, strategic goals, and performance targets

Proven experience as CEO, COO, or other relevant senior leadership experience
Demonstrable competence in strategic planning, organisational management, and service delivery
