THE ROLE
You Will:
- Lead the following functions: Business partnering, Talent Acquisition and People Policies
- Influence the design and delivery of people plans and change activity across the organisation
- Act as the organisation’s senior advisor on all HR operational matters, instilling confidence and good practice.
- Ensure the successful delivery and embedding of the recruitment transformation project, measuring impact and alignment to their equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging aims
You Will Have:
- Demonstrable experience of developing and managing a high performing multi-disciplinary people function in a large non-profit organisation
- A track record of leading organisational change and continuous improvement activities
- Significant experience in the management of complex Employee Relations matters.
- The ability to inspire and lead people, building confidence and competence and ensuring the organisation is able to attract and include a diverse and motivated workforce
Applicants are expected to hold a Chartered CIPD membership or equivalent. This is a home-based role, running for a period of eight months and offers a salary of £90,000 -£95,000. The client is happy to consider candidates on a three or four day/week basis.
