The Role
We have seen significant growth in the last five years, growing from c£25 million turnover to now £75-80 million. This growth has inevitably led to some stretch for our corporate centre. At this stage in our development, we require additional strategic financial support to enable us to pursue new strategic ambitions, and to create a new financial plan and strategy to be able to resource these ambitions. We also need to continue the development of our IT infrastructure and service support for our staff. Over the last five years we have achieved most of our strategic aims, we have weathered the bite of austerity, adapted and responded to COVID and we have continued to grow and prosper. Our overall financial health is strong; however, we want to ensure that we have a greater impact and operate more effectively going forward. We are seeking an experienced Interim CFO to assist us on the next stage of our growth journey.
