The Role
We are working with a social care organisation based in the North East to secure them an Interim Finance Director for a period of six months.
The organisation has a £22 million turnover and around 800 staff. They are in a secure place financially and have healthy reserves. They require a strategic finance lead, someone who can help them plan into the future and review their current operating model. This role will enable the organisation to protect and improve their current position.
The client will consider 3-4 days a week commitment on a hybrid basis. You do not need to have specific charity sector experience to undertake this role.
