We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Consultant to lead a high-impact Leadership Development Programme for a forward-thinking local authority in the North of England. This six-month role is primarily home-based, with occasional travel as required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and leadership development, with the ability to design and deliver impactful programmes that enhance leadership capability across the organisation.
