Judith spent the first 10 years of her career as an account manager in the IT sector, where she was responsible for client relationships from Board level down. She moved into business consultancy, first supporting small businesses via the DTI’s BusinessLink initiative, and later providing search and planning services for clients in the construction sector. Judith retrained as a primary school teacher and was privileged to teach hundreds of 5- and 6-year-olds to read and write. She joined Starfish in October 2022, bringing all of her previously acquired relationship management skills and a desire to provide the best customer experience for our clients and candidates alike.
