Having passed our 200th appointment, and with exciting plans for expansion in place, we’re looking for senior colleagues with diverse experiences to join our 20-strong team and increase our reach and capacity. Many of us have come from different backgrounds; while experience of recruitment is useful, it is not strictly necessary in order to enjoy and be successful at what we do. You may be working in strategic communications, organisational development, fundraising or psychology and looking for a different opportunity to shine. We are seeking positive, forward-looking and results-driven thinkers with sharp commercial acumen and maturity of judgement. Outstanding interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in people, organisations and society is essential.
