THE ROLE

As a Council, we have a significant and diverse range of property assets and are ambitious to build on existing success and drive greater innovation from our asset base. As our Director of Assets, you will be instrumental in driving the delivery of our existing capital programme including our HRA. You will also be the Council’s principal adviser to our political leadership and executive management team, bringing your creative thinking and innovation to shape how we work with residents and businesses and ensure our assets support our economy, high streets and communities.
