THE ROLE

In a Fairer Westminster, we want to make sure the housing needs of everyone, from residents and families to social care users are met. We strive to tackle homelessness and overcrowding, and whether in council housing or privately rented accommodation, homes should be well-managed with good quality repairs services, environmentally sound and, most importantly, genuinely affordable.

As our new Director of Housing Improvement, you will be a housing expert with a proven track record in driving up performance to improve services for residents. You will provide inspirational leadership of our housing improvement programme, bringing quality assurance, grip and rigor as well as ambition and drive to propel our housing services to be the best and ensure we use every possible opportunity to create positive experiences for our residents.
