We are currently recruiting a senior colleague who will help lead our future development. Our Service Director for Technology and Digital Transformation will have one of the most exciting jobs in local government. We have already invested heavily in modernising our digital systems but this role is all about enabling us to understand the transformational capacity of technology. Leading a growing team, our Service Director will be able to make a real difference to the services we deliver. Candidates will therefore need to demonstrate that they have the communication skills, strategic understanding and change management experience to go alongside their technical expertise.
