THE ROLE

Our new Director of HR and OD will play a leading role supporting a confident, empowered and skilled workforce. You will embed change, learning and development to help us maintain our unwavering commitment to high service standards provided with care and competence. You will lead our efforts in learning and development, and support our shared services with Westminster City Council. Your passion for workforce development and a deep-seated commitment to the communities we serve will underpin everything you do.
