Starfish Search are working with a large Membership organisation to recruit an Interim Transformation Lead, Member Education. In this role you will lead the work to improve the continuing professional development of members, across online learning, events and publications.
THE ROLE
You Will:
- Lead the transformation of their Member CPD offer, bringing together all aspects of professional learning and development into a coherent proposition
- Define and lead reporting and tracking of member engagement KPIS
- Define and deliver new processes as needed to ensure successful change of focus for the delivery teams.
- Ensure the digital member experience is accessible and intuitive
You Will Have:
- Experience in change and project management as well as digital CPD delivery
- A track record of delivering successful education or CPD programmes to professionals or adult learners
- Understanding of good programme management practice including risk management and evaluation of impact
- The ability to communicate effectively with senior members, colleagues, and stakeholders
This is a full-time role for six months. The client works in a hybrid but you will be expected to have a London presence for two days/week.
Day rate – £500-600/day – outside IR35
