Interim Programme Manager

Starfish Search are working with a leading independent charity to recruit an Interim Programme Manager. In this role you will be the overall manager of a series of interconnected projects, designing and embedding programme manager systems and processes across the organisation.

THE ROLE

You Will

  • Be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Lead the approach to project management across the organisation.
  • Act as a co-ordinator and interface between the CEO and the Senior Leadership team, attending senior meetings as appropriate, as well as liaising with project leads and heads of department to ensure that their organisational objectives and key results are delivered effectively
  • Deliver tangible impact, which is beneficial for both our funders and the public through project-based and partnership activity, creating a framework of stakeholder engagement which supports this.

You Will Have

  • Extensive experience delivering complex multi-team and multi-disciplinary projects, including leading on important projects and engaging effectively with stakeholders
  • A track record of managing and delivering complex, multi-team and multi-disciplinary B2B and B2C facing programmes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with highly attuned understanding of different audiences and sensitivities including working effectively with staff from a range of different backgrounds
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based decision-making.

This role is on a 12-month FTC with a Salary of £75,000 and an expected time commitment of 3 – 4 days per-week. You will be required to be on-site in London at least 2 days/week.
