THE ROLE

Starfish Search is supporting a local authority in the West Midlands to recruit an Interim Head of Strategy and Performance reporting in the Service Director for Corporate Services. Head of Strategy and Performance will be responsible for providing valuable insights and analysis to inform key strategic and policy decisions for the organisation. They will collaborate closely with the Chief Executive and the Corporate Leadership Team to ensure that the decisions they make are well-informed and based on the best available data and analysis.
