Starfish Search are working with a charity in London to recruit a part-time Interim Head of Human Resources.
THE ROLE
You Will:
- Lead all HR activity including the Charity’s HR system, pay and performance review, reporting and analysis
- Form and maintain excellent working relationships with the SLT and other Heads, providing insights to inform decision making and drive performance
- Lead the Diversity & Inclusion workstream ensuring a continued positive working culture and that our ways of working are upheld
- Maintain a good knowledge of employment law and best practice, while managing regular policy and/or process updates
You Will Have:
- Excellent knowledge and competency in the fundamentals of HR – Reward, Recruitment & Selection, OD, L&D, D&I etc
- Track record of board reporting and working effectively at SLT level
- Extensive and demonstrable experience of business partnering at a senior level
- Chartered membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
This is a part-time role requiring 3-4 days/week for a period of six months. The role is offered on a salary of £70,000 pro rata.
