Head of HR

The Role

Our client, a London housing organisation, are seeking an interim Head of HR for a period of 6 months.

You will;

  • Provide HR advice to directors, seniors and middle managers
  • Supervise the disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, performance management and TUPE processes
  • Supervise the recruitment, selection and interviewing processes
  • Advise on the Company’s HR policies and procedures
  • Take a lead on training and development
  • Review the Company’s remuneration provision, HR procedures and recruitment processes

You will be;

  • An experienced head of HR, with housing experience preferable
  • CIPD Qualified
  • A good communicator, both written and verbal
  • Knowledgeable of key processes such as disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, performance management, TUPE and employee contracts
