Starfish Search are working with a membership organisation to recruit an Interim Director of Corporate Services. The focus of this role will be to lead the operational management of the organisation with oversight over HR, IT, Facilities Management, Strategy, Income Generation, Events and Governance.
THE ROLE
You Will:
- Identify strategic priorities, develop plans for delivery and provide management, governance and oversight required for the smooth running of the directorate
- Hold responsibility as project sponsor for the delivery of the technology transformation programme and the replacement of the CRM database and web portal connectivity – this is currently underway, so we are looking for a candidate who has led and delivered programmes to successful outcomes.
- As a member of the Senior Management Team, share corporate responsibility for annual budget, overall management of the organisation and resource management.
- Provide appropriate knowledge, skills, governance, oversight and lead planning for delivery of the work of all functional areas.
You Will Have:
- A track record of effectively leading a wide-ranging directorate at Director level
- Experience of strategic planning for organisational and departmental objectives
- Experience of working within the senior leadership team of a non-profit or membership organisation
- Strong understanding of digital transformation
This role is running for a period of 9-12 Months and offers a salary of £90,000
