Starfish Search are working with a Local Authority in London to recruit a Programme / Project Manager who has experience of planning and enabling complex office redesigns and internal moves to create a better working environment and also freeing up space for alternative uses.
You will have experience of unpicking Directorate ‘silos’ and coming up with new solutions to how staff from across the organisation can be co-located for maximum efficiency, effectiveness, collaboration, with minimum disruption for staff and ideally without significant capital investment as this is part of a wider long term possible relocation plan.
You must have demonstrable PM experience within Office Redesign and Facilities Management and be available to start in January.
