THE ROLE
Starfish are supporting a local authority in the West Midlands to recruit an Interim Head of Communications for approximately 6 months, working on-site two days per week. The individual in this role, in close collaboration with the Strategic Director, will be responsible for defining the communication strategy encompassing the services and priorities of the Council. This role involves overseeing the reputation management of the Council, and shaping the Council’s organisational story, and ensuring comprehensive awareness among residents, businesses, partners, and other stakeholders regarding the Council, its priorities, its undertakings, and its core values.
