Interim Events Programme Manager

Starfish Search are working with a large UK charity to recruit an Interim Events Programme Manager. The focus of this role will be the coordination and management of several organisation-wide workstreams culminating in a series of nationwide events.
THE ROLE
You Will:
- Co-ordinate a programme of large, high-profile events and exhibitions
- Have oversight over fundraising and sponsorship, marketing, digital resources and communications both internal and external
- Liaise with members to ensure they are appropriately supported and represented throughout the events
You Will Have:
- Significant experience in event management, ideally gained within charities or membership organisations
- Experience leading large scale, high-profile events
- Sound financial planning and budget management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
This role is running for ten months, beginning in January 2025. It is a primarily home-based role with some presence required in London. You will also need to occasionally travel to meetings and event locations. The role is offered on a part-time basis 3-4 days/week with an expected day-rate between £400 – £500 outside IR35.
