THE ROLE
You Will:
- Work collaboratively with other Directors and Managing Directors to participate in and support decision making through the provision of Financial Information, reporting and advice
- Develop, implement and monitor finance policies, processes and controls to ensure the robust financial management of the company
- Lead the Finance, Grant Compliance and IT departments
- Ensure that all financial reporting requirements are met in a timely and effective manner
- Lead the Finance aspects of a business systems refresh which will include the implementation of new Finance, HR and Payroll systems.
You Will Have:
- Knowledge of statutory financial reporting in the UK and preferably at least one of the USA, China or India
- Proven experience of designing, implementing and managing all elements of corporate finance necessary for the efficient running of the organisation
- The ability to develop innovative ideas and solutions to plans, challenges and objectives through creative and strategic thinking
- The ability to build and manage a high performing team through building trust co-operation and constructive dialogue
You must be a qualified accountant, able to start by mid-August and to regularly attend their London office. This role is offered on either a salary of £100,000, or a day-rate inside IR35.
