The Role
We are working with a Charity in London to secure them an experienced CEO to manage the charity for at least 6 months whilst maintaining the momentum of change that is happening within the organisation.
The Interim Chief Executive will need to assess and respond quickly to a range of important challenges, while at the same time, offering a steady hand to help their teams deliver on the important plans they have set out to meet the need we find around us. These challenges include:
- Rebuilding the fundraising capacity and opening doors to sources of new income
- Reviewing their portfolio of work and financial model so that they can ensure their activities are best aligned to the plan and strategy and have the best chance of being financially sustainable while delivering the strongest outcomes for the communities around them
- Leading the team through any changes that are needed, while ensuring that the strong focus on empowering communities and collaborative working is not lost
- Maintaining and building their focus on equity and diversity and helping embed it in our practice, policies and activities
