We are working with a national charity to secure them an Interim Assistant Director, Central Operations, for 6 months. You will lead all centralised operational activities, ensuring that business objectives and financial targets are met. Responsible for a central, critical function to help mitigate risk and improve efficiencies, collaboration and consistency.
This role will provide pivotal leadership within the operations department, contributing to the work of the COO and the wider leadership team. Within this remit is the call centre, complaints, logistics, compliance and financial performance. Duties include identifying opportunities to improve the publics’ experience, monitoring the performance of the customer service team, developing strategic procedures on service delivery, creating new services, and coaching the team to increase productivity.
