THE ROLE

Reporting to the Chief Executive and working as a key member of the senior leadership team, you will lead a broad and influential portfolio spanning finance, governance, communications, engagement, and the Mayor’s Office. As the GLCCA’s Section 73 Officer, you will ensure strong financial leadership, rigorous governance, and effective stewardship of public money during a period of significant organisational development and growth. 

You will drive the development of our operating model, oversee investment proposals that will shape the future of Greater Lincolnshire, and provide strategic advice to the Mayor, Members, and partners. This is a role with reach, impact, and visibility – central to setting our direction and building the foundations of a high performing, future focused Combined Authority.

Full-time, office-based in Lincoln (5 days per week).
