Sadler’s Wells is a world-leading creative organisation, dedicated to presenting, producing and touring dance made today in all its forms. Sadler’s Wells commissions, presents and produces more dance than any other theatre in the world – from tango to hip hop, ballet to flamenco, Bollywood to cutting-edge contemporary dance. With an innovative, year-round programme of performances and learning activities, this is the place where artists come together to create dance, and where we welcome everyone to experience dance and be inspired.
THE ROLE
We are proud of the progress we’ve made and equally honest about the work still to do. Your leadership will be central to driving forward our inclusion agenda, championing wellbeing, and creating the conditions in which all our staff can thrive.
We are looking for someone who brings both vision and empathy – a trusted advisor who can model the values we hold dear, while guiding us towards new and better ways of working. You will collaborate closely with me, with our Artistic Director & Co-CEO, and with the wider Senior Leadership Team to build a people-centred organisation ready for the future.
