THE ROLE

Our new Director will lead our high performing early help and children’s social care service, accountable for children in care, child protection and children in need. We are looking for a Director to provide inspirational senior leadership, oversee our successful social work academy and continue to innovate and explore best practice in all that we do.

A genuine collaborator and strong partner, you will help us deliver against our ambitious agenda to ensure Islington’s workforce, children and young people thrive.
