THE ROLE

We are looking for an inspiring leader to shape our whole life commissioning approach supporting children and adults to live independently, with seamless transitions through every stage of life.

As Director, you will drive innovation in care, champion community-based solutions, and build strong partnerships with providers and the Integrated Care Board. You will lead a high-performing team,  support and shape a thriving local care market, and ensure services are high-quality, sustainable, and ready for the future.
